PKP has transacted a broad spectrum of multi unit properties, from Santa Monica to Riverside. From Palmdale to San Diego. We’ve transacted buildings from 21 units up to 194 units. We’ve uncovered prime investment properties in Arizona, Las Vegas, and Utah. We offer our clients a one-stop location to meet the entire spectrum of the multi unit property investment. PKP finds out and sources great buildings with high returns; negotiate the purchase; and will also manage the properties for the clients after closing. Our clients are able to invest in stable, yet high yield properties, and not worry about economic forces that might effect other investments.

From turn-key, finished mansions on the beach in Malibu and palatial estates in Beverly Hills to condos overlooking the ocean and townhouses in prime Downtown Los Angeles, PKP has transacted on multiple residential properties for it’s clients. PKP has also bought worn down properties, remodeled and rebuilt them, and sold them for profit. We offer clients the ability to purchase prime land in prime locations, and build multiple single family residences for sale. PKP also offers it’s investors the opportunity to purchase land and build multi unit condominium properties or apartment buildings.
