PKP has transacted a broad spectrum of multi unit properties, from Santa Monica to Riverside. From Palmdale to San Diego. We’ve transacted buildings from 21 units up to 194 units. We’ve uncovered prime investment properties in Arizona, Las Vegas, and Utah. We offer our clients a one-stop location to meet the entire spectrum of the multi unit property investment. PKP finds out and sources great buildings with high returns; negotiate the purchase; and will also manage the properties for the clients after closing.
